Bhāvanā (BHAH-vuh-nah) Recovery Collective is a training and education initiative dedicated to empowering professionals working in substance use disorder (SUD) treatment settings. We offer trauma-informed, mindfulness-based training rooted in yoga philosophy.

Our mission is to support those who serve. We believe recovery is a sacred and personal journey—and that those working in the field deserve embodied, sustainable tools to care for their own well-being while guiding others.
At the core of our program is the Bhavana 7-Step Meditation Framework, a progressive approach to cultivating presence, nervous system regulation, and inner stability. This flexible framework is designed to be easily integrated into clinical group sessions, one-on-one counseling, and personal practice.
